You must be at least 18 years of age to use Cardix. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Cardix services are provided solely for legitimate payment testing, development, and research purposes. You may only use our platform to test cards you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to use Cardix for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: testing stolen or fraudulent cards, carding, money laundering, identity theft, unauthorized access to payment systems, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Wallet credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency. Cardix reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate wallet balances in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond our control.
All content, design, code, and materials on Cardix are the exclusive property of Cardix and its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
Cardix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your remaining credits are forfeited.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, to the extent permitted by law.
