By registering on Cardix, you automatically accept ALL rules listed on this page. Ignorance is not an excuse.

Cardix is a card verification platform. We do not sell cards, bins, or any financial instruments.

The owners of Cardix take NO responsibility for how you use the information or services on this platform.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or misuse our platform will result in immediate permanent ban without refund.

If you do not agree with any of our rules, please leave the platform immediately.

After initiating a card check, you have 10 minutes to complete the verification process.

Each live card check costs $1.00 regardless of whether the card is live or declined.

Refunds are processed automatically if the verification fails due to a system error on our end.

Do not attempt to check cards that do not belong to you. This is strictly prohibited.

BIN verification is free. Live 3D Secure verification via Dodo Payments costs $1.00 per check.

Refunds are only issued for failed verifications caused by platform errors, not user errors.

You must report any issue within 10 minutes of the transaction. Reports after this window are not eligible.

Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited to your account.

Minimum wallet top-up is $10.00. Partial transfers will be lost and not credited.

We do not re-charge or compensate for network failures on your end.

One account per person. Multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently banned.

Do not share your account credentials with anyone. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Attempting to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer our platform will result in legal action.

Any fraudulent activity including chargebacks will result in immediate permanent ban.

Cardix reserves the right to freeze or terminate any account at any time without prior notice.

Be respectful. Insulting, threatening, or abusive language towards staff will result in an immediate ban.

Do not open multiple support tickets for the same issue. Wait 24 hours for a response.

Do not use words like "scam" or "rip" without proper evidence. False accusations result in a ban.

Provide your transaction ID and screenshot when reporting an issue.

Support hours are limited. We will respond as soon as possible.

Transfer the exact amount when topping up. Incorrect amounts will be lost and not credited.

Minimum top-up is $10.00. We do not process smaller amounts.

All payments are final. We do not issue refunds for wallet top-ups.

Crypto payments may take up to 30 minutes to confirm depending on network congestion.
