Due to the nature of our digital services, all purchases and wallet top-ups are non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Each service request — whether a live card check, BIN lookup, or validation — consumes real API resources and incurs processing costs on our end. These costs are charged to us immediately upon your request, regardless of the result returned.
When you use our Live Card Checker, a small processing fee is charged through Stripe's infrastructure even though $0.00 is charged to the card being tested. This infrastructure cost is non-recoverable, which is why all service charges are final.
All wallet top-up payments processed via Stripe are final and non-refundable. We recommend starting with a small top-up to test our services before adding larger amounts.
In the rare event of a technical error on our part — such as a service charge being applied without a result being delivered — please contact us at info@cardix.store within 48 hours. We will review the case and may issue a credit adjustment at our sole discretion.
Filing a chargeback for a legitimate purchase will result in immediate permanent account suspension. We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks with transaction evidence.
