Cardix is intended exclusively for legitimate payment testing, development, and fraud research purposes. You may only test cards that you own, have explicit authorization to test, or are designated test cards provided by payment processors.
You must not use Cardix to test stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment cards. You must not use our platform for any illegal activity including but not limited to carding, fraud, or unauthorized account access. Violation will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Our Live Card Checker uses Stripe's SetupIntent API which performs a $0.00 authorization. No money is deducted from the card being tested. However, some banks may show a temporary $0 authorization hold which disappears within 1-7 business days.
We do not store raw card numbers, CVV codes, or full expiry dates on our servers. All card data is processed exclusively through Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We only store the last 4 digits, card brand, and country for reporting purposes.
You are fully responsible for how you use your Cardix account. Sharing your account credentials or using the platform on behalf of unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.
To prevent abuse, accounts are subject to rate limiting. Excessive usage patterns that suggest automated abuse may result in temporary or permanent account suspension without refund.
By using Cardix, you confirm that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to payment card industry standards, data protection laws, and financial regulations.
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of remaining wallet balance, and may be reported to law enforcement agencies and payment networks including Visa, Mastercard, and Stripe.
